The Sunset Punch combines the sweet and tangy flavors of pineapple and sour mix with subtle notes of bourbon and apricot for the perfect summer sip.

Sunset Punch

Ingredients

  • ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 oz. Island Oasis Sour Mix
  • 1 oz. Bourbon
  • .75 Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Pineapple
  • 1 oz. Egg White
  • Garnish: Key lime crown and fresh raspberry
  • Garnish: Bubble Blaster citrus bubble

Directions

  1. Combine egg white and pineapple juice and shake without ice, until foam builds. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into coupe glass and garnish. Finish with bubble if desired.
