Ingredients
1 cup Ice
1 oz. Water
2 oz. Island Oasis Strawberry Mix
½ oz. Island Oasis Lemonade Mix
½ oz. Elderflower liqueur
2 oz. Sparkling prosecco
Directions
Combine ice, water, strawberry and lemonade mixes, and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 15-20 seconds.
Strain mixture into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco and garnish with a strawberry if desired.
