Strawberry Prosecco Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 oz. Water
  • 2 oz. Island Oasis Strawberry Mix
  • ½ oz. Island Oasis Lemonade Mix
  • ½ oz. Elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz. Sparkling prosecco

Directions

  1. Combine ice, water, strawberry and lemonade mixes, and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 15-20 seconds.

  2. Strain mixture into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco and garnish with a strawberry if desired.

  3. Extra Twist: For a more casual mocktail, try serving it on the rocks and substitute the prosecco with sparkling seltzer.
