Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Island Oasis Strawberry
  • 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 1 cup shaved ice

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients over 1 cup of shaved ice. Microplane lemon zest on top and serve with a small spoon. Can pre-batch without ice and store in a fridge. The extra strawberry sweetness is needed due to the intense cold from the shaved ice.
