The Pineapple Pie Daiquiri combines white rum, fresh lime juice, DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup, and pineapple juice for a tropical twist on a classic. Shaken to perfection and strained into a coupe glass, it's finished with a dehydrated lime wheel and a dusting of cinnamon sugar for a warm, spiced finish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz White rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sugar dust, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake to chill and combine.

  3. Strain into a coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and cinnamon sugar dust.
