The combination of passionfruit mix, pineapple rum, amaretto, and lime juice create a fruity and refreshing taste with a hint of nutty sweetness, inspired by the tropics.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Island Oasis Passionfruit Mix
- 1 ½ oz. Pineapple Rum
- .25 oz. Amaretto
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters(optional)
- Garnish: Pineapple Fronds
- Garnish: Pineapple Foam or frozen whipped pineapple
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into service glass over ice and top with whipped frozen pineapple foam. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
