Passion Fruit Vodka Mule

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Ice

  • 1½ oz. Citron or plain vodka

  • 2 oz. Island Oasis Passion Fruit Frozen Beverage Mix

  • ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Spicy Ginger Syrup

  • 1 oz. Water

  • ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Lime Syrup

  • 3 oz Ginger beer

  • Lime wedge, garnish

Directions

  1. Add ice, vodka, Island Oasis Passion Fruit Frozen Beverage Mix, DaVinci Gourmet Spicy Ginger Syrup, and water to a tall Collins glass or copper mug. Stir with a bar spoon and set aside.

  2. In a separate glass, combine ginger beer and DaVinci Gourmet Lime Syrup.

  3. Gently pour ginger-lime mixture into the reserved glass. Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve and enjoy!

  4. Extra Twist: This cocktail can be made using only one glass by adding puree, syrup, vodka, and water in the glass of ice and topping it with the ginger beer. Fresh lime juice can replace the lime syrup if desired. This drink is traditionally served in a copper mug but looks better layered in a clear glass.
