Inspired by flavors of the Big Island, customers will love this playful and refreshing take on boba made with Island Oasis Lemonade and DaVinci Gourmet syrups.
Ingredients
10 oz. Island Oasis Lemonade
.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Orange Syrup
1.75 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Pineapple Syrup
2 ozs. Seltzer water
1 Tbsp. Boba Pearls of choice
Directions
Add Boba to service glass. Combine lemonade, pineapple syrup in mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into service glass. Top with seltzer water, then drizzle orange syrup on top. Garnish with lime wedge and fresh mint.
