Caramelized Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Island Oasis Margarita Mix
  • 1.5 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz. Water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain over a chilled glass.
  2. Garnish with a smoked pineapple wedge and mint sprig
