Ingredients
1 oz. Gin
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup
1 oz. Island Oasis Blueberry Pom
4 oz. Brut sparkling wine
Directions
Combine all the ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to chill and combine the ingredients.
Strain into the glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
