Island Oasis

Inspired by warm summer nights and the flavors of the season, the Better Bitter Margarita puts a twist on a classic raspberry margarita. We use Campari, the Italian apéritif known for its bright red hue, to add a bit of bitter taste that plays well with the smokiness of mezcal.

Better Bitter Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Island Oasis Raspberry Mix
  • 1 oz. Island Oasis Margarita Mix
  • 1 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 2 oz. Water

Directions

  1. Place ingredients over ice in a shaker tin. Shake and strain over ice; serve.
