Ingredients

  • 1 Egg white

  • ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Green Apple Syrup

  • 2 oz. Gin (Hendrick's or similar)

  • 1 ½ cup Ice

  • 1 ½ oz. Island Oasis Lemonade Mix

  • 1 ½ oz. Water

Directions

  1. Combine egg white, green apple syrup and gin in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 - 30 seconds.

  2. Add ice, lemonade mix and water. Shake for another 20-30 seconds or until very frothy.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve and enjoy!
